Job summary

Aduna Global, LLC is seeking a hands-on Senior Staff Accountant to own key close activities and support financial analysis in a fast-moving environment. You will collaborate across payroll, treasury, and procurement, while strengthening controls and processes in a scalable fashion.

The role requires 5–7 years of accounting experience, IFRS knowledge, and strong Excel/Netsuite skills, suitable for a candidate comfortable in a startup-like setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Five to seven years of progressive accounting experience.
• Hands-on, team-first mindset with ability to lead.
• Strong communicator across cultures and geographies.
• Experience in treasury, travel and expense processing, and procurement.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environment is a plus.
• Experience with IFRS and multi-entity/multi-currency operations is helpful.
• Advanced Excel and Netsuite experience.

Responsibilities

• Own key elements of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations.
• Maintain integrity of the general ledger and produce accurate financial statements.
• Analyze results, investigate variances, and translate findings into business insights.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow analysis, and planning activities.
• Partner with payroll providers and internal stakeholders for accurate payroll processing.
• Support the controller with special projects.
• Assist accounts payable/receivable, expense management, tax, audit, and compliance.
• Take on special projects outside traditional accounting with sound judgment.
