Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years in a similar role, preferably manufacturing.
• Experience with SOX and GAAP.
• Experience with accounting software (QB, Baan, Infor).
• A/R/A/P experience a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present accurate, timely financial reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and SOX.
• Back up A/R and A/P as needed.
• Assist in AOP and financial forecast creation.
• Manage monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and controls review.
• Collaborate with departments on financial strategies and audits.
