Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in general financial accounting and reporting.
• Sales tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting principles.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, consolidation, audit procedures.
• Advanced Excel with PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data modeling.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for a sister operating company; support close for the core business
• Ensure timely and accurate P&L and Balance Sheet accounting in compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
• Perform month-end close procedures and prepare general ledger reconciliations
• Prepare and record journal entries
• Manage sales tax processes
• Support the annual audit process and tax filing with external auditors
• Assist in creating and updating accounting process documentation
• Lead or support cross-functional projects and system enhancements
