Job summary

Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is seeking an experienced accounting professional to ensure the integrity of Oracle financials and timely monthly close. This role supports GAAP reporting and the general ledger across subsystems.

You will act as Oracle Super User for the General Ledger, coordinate external audit work papers, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–5 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting or related field.
• 4–5 years of directly related experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IRS requirements.
• Analytical skills for financial analysis, monitoring and measuring.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy of the general ledger and ensure GAAP-compliant reporting.
• Serve as Oracle Super User for the General Ledger.
