Job summary

The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is seeking an accounting professional to manage Oracle financials and ensure GAAP-compliant reporting. You will oversee the monthly close, maintain general ledger accuracy, and support Oracle-related developments and process initiatives.

Responsibilities include serving as the Oracle General Ledger Super User, coordinating external audit work papers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4-5 years related accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and accounting process understanding.
• Analytical skills for financial statement analysis and monitoring.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (pivot tables, formulas) and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity of Oracle financials and that reporting meets business and GAAP requirements.
• Close monthly processes timely and accurately.
• Maintain GL detail accuracy and subsystems inflows.
• Support Oracle developments and process initiatives.
• Act as Oracle GL Super User to ensure proficient Oracle usage.
• Coordinate external audit work papers.
