Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with increasing responsibility.
• Intermediate to expert Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with accounting teammates and with managers outside the department.

Responsibilities

• Close, reporting, and analysis for multiple entities.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements.
• Lead the annual budget process and ERP budgeting load.
• Support year-end audit and external tax work.
• Assist franchisees with financials and provide variance analysis.
