Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on accounting with direct month-end close ownership
• Intercompany accounting with related entities reconciliation
• Multi-entity or multi-location accounting across sites
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• Solid GAAP knowledge and proficient Excel; familiarity with an ERP system

Responsibilities

• Own the accounting activity across a portfolio of business unit locations - posting transactions, clearing discrepancies, and keeping the books current and accurate daily
• Reconcile balances between related entities monthly, track variances, and work across teams to close
• Manage full month-end close cycle for assigned locations including journal entries and reconciliations
• Allocate shared costs across entities each period to earnings, payroll, operating expenses and revenue
• Lead new locations onboarding onto company systems and internal processes
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly across all entities and keep audit-ready documentation
• Support forecast and budget by pulling data from assigned locations
• Help write and refine accounting procedures for rollout across locations
• Pull together documentation for audit requests as needed
