Responsibilities

• Maintain the fixed asset ledger, depreciation schedules, and reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable invoices and weekly check runs accurately.
• Manage 1099 vendor information and year-end reporting.
• Assist with corporate credit card reconciliation and business license tracking.
• Ensure all day-to-day accounting activities are performed efficiently and accurately.

Position Summary
