Woven Health Collective in the United States is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to manage the general ledger, close processes, and reporting. This role supports audits, tax filings, and process improvements within a GAAP framework.

You will prepare detailed financial statements and analyses, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to stronger internal controls and efficiency across the accounting function.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in a senior accountant or similar role.
• Strong general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations.
• Experience with GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficient in NetSuite and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee general ledger to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries for month-end and year-end close.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts including cash, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, and fixed assets.
• Lead month-end close and ensure proper cut-off of transactions.
• Prepare variance analyses between actual and budgeted performance.
• Assist with year-end close and audits.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements.
