Job summary

You will manage GL accounts, prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and investigate variances under US GAAP. Reporting to the Manager of Accounting Services, you will collaborate with Finance teams, strengthen internal controls, and identify process improvements while handling multiple priorities in a

Qualifications

• Three or more years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or expediting experience.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP and inventory-management systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (filters, sorting, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots).
• Ability to analyze open-order reports, inventory data, supplier commitments, and material requirements.
• Experience working with domestic and international suppliers across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Record journal entries and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts.
• Reconcile bank accounts and cash transactions as part of daily activities.
• Record amortization and reclassifications for debt arrangements.
• Reconcile intercompany receivables, payables, and shareholder accounts.
• Record accrued dividends and related liability entries.
• Reconcile prepaid expenses and related schedules.
• Maintain accurate accounting records in accordance with US GAAP.
