Zusammenfassung

Evotti Marine seeks a Senior Staff Accountant to support daily financial operations, month-end and year-end close, and ERP improvements. You will oversee payroll and benefits administration, manage accounts receivable and banking activities, and maintain general ledger and fixed asset records to strengthen financial controls and support growth.

Required: bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, 3+ years of accounting experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three or more years of progressive accounting experience.
• Marine industry experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with manufacturing accounting, payroll, benefits administration, ERP implementation or optimization, and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and verify payroll for hourly staff and process salaried payroll.
• Manage benefits administration for hourly and salaried employees.
• Handle accounts receivable, collections, and related cash-flow activities.
• Administer online banking portals and prepare borrowing base reports for banking partners.
• Produce KPI and daily revenue reports for leadership.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close and journal entries with documentation.
• Maintain fixed asset records including depreciation, capex, and disposals.
• Assist with periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile to GL.
• Prepare tax filings (sales, use, personal property) and support audits.
• Complete annual compliance filings, licensing, and vehicle/trailer registrations.
• Collaborate with Finance Lead and ERP consultants to improve workflows and internal controls.
