Job summary

Evotti Marine is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to support daily financial operations, month-end close, and ERP improvements within a manufacturing setting. The role oversees payroll, benefits administration, AR/banking, GL integrity, and fixed assets while partnering across departments to strengthen financial controls.

You will contribute to monthly KPI reporting, assist with audits and tax filings, and help optimize workflows with ERP consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Three or more years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP, payroll, banking, and manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hourly payroll processing and salaried payroll.
• Manage benefits administration for hourly and salaried staff.
• Handle accounts receivable, collections, and related cash-flow activities.
• Administer online banking portals and prepare borrowing base reports for lenders.
• Prepare KPI and daily revenue reports for leadership.
• Support month-end and year-end close, journal entries, and GL integrity.
