Title: Senior Staff Accountant

Salary:$90k -$110K (depending on experience)

We are partnering with a rapidly growing medical device manufacturer to find a Senior Staff Accountant to join their team. This position offers broad exposure across the accounting function and is well-suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and enjoys improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Support the month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting

• Assist in preparing for annual audits and other compliance requirements

• Run reports and analyze financial data to support decision-making

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments

• Perform other accounting duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Accounting or related field preferred)

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience

• Familiarity with ERP systems and key GL accounts (e.g., cash, fixed assets, prepaids, leases, OPEX)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment

• Effective communicator with a strong sense of accountability
