Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Executive Chef for Etihad Park in Queens, NY. You will lead all food programs across concessions, premium seating, catering, and events, ensuring safety, quality, and menu innovation while managing a high-volume kitchen.

The ideal candidate has a culinary degree or certified apprenticeship with 5–7 years of management in sports/entertainment venues, including Kosher operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and cost-control skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across concessions, premium seating, catering, and events with consistent quality and service.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure food safety standards.
• Plan, develop, and execute Kosher menus for various venues while maintaining brand standards.
• Lead and train kitchen staff, communicate goals, and ensure timely production during high-volume events.
