Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at the stadium. This role involves managing all aspects of food service, ensuring high quality and safety standards while developing innovative menus.

With a competitive salary range of $140,000 – $150,000 plus bonuses, the position offers substantial benefits including medical, dental, and paid time off. Strong candidates will have a degree in culinary arts and extensive management experience in high-volume venues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of management experience in high-volume venues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing Kosher supply chains and cooking in Kosher kitchens.
• Ability to train and coach staff in Kosher food preparation.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and manage food programs across multiple service areas.
• Develop and execute menus while ensuring food safety and compliance.
• Train, coach, and mentor culinary team members.
• Control labor and operating expenses through effective management.
