Job summary

Sodexo seeks an experienced Venue Stadium Chef for the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, CA. You will lead culinary operations, oversee large-scale catering, and contribute to menu development and recipe creation.

Responsibilities include food safety, frontline and manager training, plate costing, inventory oversight, and staff recruitment. Incentives for participation in Sodexo's incentive plan accompany base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years management experience preferred.
• 3 years related culinary experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-unit culinary leadership and oversee large-scale catering.
• Support menu development, recipe creation, and system implementations (FMS).
• Assist with plate costing, inventory oversight, and vendor compliance.
• Help recruit and elevate culinary standards across the region.
