Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Venue Stadium Chef for the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, to lead culinary operations across multiple units. You’ll drive menu development, large-scale catering, recipe creation, and adherence to food-safety standards while training staff and managers across the district.

You will oversee plate costing, inventory, and system implementations, while supporting recruitment and culinary performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Experience leading multi-unit culinary operations, large-scale catering, and training.

Responsibilities

• Provide multi-unit culinary leadership across a broad region.
• Support menu development, plating, costing, and food-safety standards.
• Train frontline and management staff and lead recruiting efforts.
• Assist with system implementation, inventory oversight, and vendor compliance.
