Enphase Energy is a global energy technology company with a focus on solar, storage, and EV charging solutions. We seek a SST Reliability Lead to own reliability from architecture through production, translating real-world workloads into quantitative plans and accelerating life tests.

You will work in the Office of the CTO’s SST Product Innovation Team in Austin, TX on mission-profile driven reliability, physics-of-failure models, and life-data analyses to extend product lifetime and field

Qualifications

• Experience translating real-world use conditions into quantitative mission profiles.
• Ability to build physics-of-failure models and derive acceleration factors.
• Hands-on ALT design and Weibull-based life data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define and own mission profile development for SST reliability testing.
• Design workload-based accelerated life tests with clear pass/fail criteria.
• Lead thermal and power cycling testing on modules and PCBs.
• Drive DFMEA/PFMEA sessions tied to real data.
• Develop HALT/HASS strategies and production screening profiles.
• Build reliability models for SiC modules, capacitors, magnetics, and connectors.
• Write test specs linked to mission profiles and field aging data.
• Collaborate across PE, thermal, mechanical, FW, and manufacturing teams.
