Job summary

Enphase Energy is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to design, develop, and conduct accelerated product life tests for the Solid-State Transformer (SST) platform. You will partner with the CTO organization to de-risk reliability issues, build test setups, and improve qualification processes across modular, grid-scale power architectures.

Qualifications

• B.E. or Master’s with relevant industry experience.
• Proven problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in design of experiments for accelerated life testing.
• Hands-on experience with installing, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical equipment.
• Experience with power supplies, inverters and medium voltage systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive reliability improvements to deliver products on time.
• Design experiments to assess new parts and products.
• Collaborate with production engineers and quality teams to improve qualification.
• Document status updates and project findings thoroughly.
• Support reliability test platforms for the Solid-State Transformer product.
