Qualifications

• 12+ years of mechanical product design and development.
• Experience leading mechanical engineering teams of 4+ engineers.
• Experience with mechanical design and integration of power electronics enclosures and busbars.
• Proficiency with design for manufacturing: molding, sheet metal, CNC, stamping/die casting.

Responsibilities

• Own mechanical architecture for SST racks and power modules.
• Drive designs from concept through drawings, DFM, and production release.
• Lead design reviews and optimize electromechanical assemblies including EMI/EMC and thermal requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with power electronics, firmware, systems, and manufacturing.
• Build and grow the mechanical engineering team and establish processes.
