Tradeweb Markets is seeking a Sr. Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability of our global platform and AWS infrastructure.

You will contribute to an Agile environment, emphasize security, and build observability for SLOs while supporting production systems. Based in a remote-capable role with occasional travel to our Jersey City hub; 6+ years in tech ops, 4+ years as SRE, and strong Python and AWS experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technology operations and engineering experience (ArgoCD, Kustomize, Pulumi, K8s, LGTM).
• 4+ years of scripting/coding in any modern language (Python preferred).
• 4+ years as an SRE or similar IC role supporting public cloud (AWS) and cloud-native tech (Lambda, EKS, SNS, SQS).
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to an Agile-Agentic organization with planning, grooming, and story ideation for iterative improvements.
• Prioritize security in all aspects of work as a foundational consideration.
• Develop GitSecOps practices and automation to deliver a highly available platform.
• Develop and maintain monitoring tools, analyze performance, and improve reliability.
• Triage incidents, assess risk, and drive remediation with service teams.
• Communicate issue statuses to R&D and non-technical audiences; collaborate with software teams on architecture decisions.
• Develop observability tools and measure SLOs to ensure reliability standards.
• Fulfill regular on-call duties to enable high system availability.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure.
