Responsibilities include tracing tech numbers, diagnosing bugs, migrating to cloud-native architectures, and guiding Grafana tradeoffs with executives. Expect 7+ years in tech, strong prioritization, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years building expertise within the technology space.
• At least 5 years of real-world consequences-driven judgment.
• Ability to present to a CA-wide audience without a script.
• Experience defending recommendations under scrutiny.

Responsibilities

• Trace a technology number through Adaptability services and refactor as needed.
• Investigate, diagnose, and fix bugs reported by users and monitoring tools.
• Scale Observability services from Rancho Cucamonga pilot to CA-wide rollout.
• Support migration of on-premise services to cloud-native architecture.
• Explain Grafana tradeoffs to Real Estate Excellence LLC executives.
• Tune database queries and schemas for high-throughput workloads.
• Translate product wishes into shippable Flexibility services.
• Prototype rough Apache Kafka ideas and evaluate for stack inclusion.
