Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to own the availability and end-to-end observability of digital platforms across Mobile, Web, and POS systems in a contract role.

You will partner with mobile, web, and backend teams to ensure full visibility into customer journeys and user experience, building RUM, synthetic monitoring, and telemetry correlation using Splunk and SignalFx.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with end-to-end observability across mobile, web and POS platforms.
• Experience building and operating RUM and synthetic monitoring.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for critical journeys.
• Own end-to-end observability across Mobile, Web, and POS platforms.
• Implement and operate RUM and synthetic monitoring for customer journeys.
• Build mobile-first monitoring coverage including performance, crashes, API performance and user journey tracking.
• Use Splunk and SignalFx to design dashboards, detectors and alerts.
• Lead correlation across frontend and backend systems during releases.
• Drive root cause analysis for incidents and post-release issues.
