You will drive architectural decisions, champion SRE best practices, and collaborate with executive leadership to shape reliability initiatives.

- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing engineering teams.
- Proficient in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems.
