Job summary

ServiceTitan in the United States is seeking software engineers to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable applications, driving high-quality value to customers and supporting cloud-based infrastructure.

You will collaborate with product and engineering leadership to plan releases, define non-functional requirements, and contribute to shared services that meet performance and availability targets.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, debug, optimize, scale software applications
• Drive the delivery of high-quality value and features to ServiceTitan’s customers
• Collaborate with Product Engineering teams to plan and deploy product releases
• Work with Engineering leadership to build scalable infrastructure and shared services
• Define non-functional requirements as part of the product lifecycle for scalable, highly available distributed systems
• Contribute to product development and engineering to ensure QoS of highly available services
• Resolve product/service defects or design changes and infrastructure changes
