Blink Health is seeking a senior Site Reliability Engineer to shape observability and reliability across our IT systems. You will lead initiatives, mentor engineers, and drive platform improvements in a fast-paced healthcare tech environment.

You will design scalable tooling, automate critical processes, and collaborate with engineering and operations to reduce toil and improve uptime. Based in New York, the role emphasizes cloud-native architectures and strong software labor across the stack.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of site reliability engineering, infrastructure engineering, or platform engineering roles.
• Strong command-line proficiency and Linux fundamentals.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and observability systems.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive observability strategy for IT system health, performance, and reliability.
• Design and implement software-driven solutions within the IT domain, automating manual processes.
• Act as a technical leader and force multiplier, guiding priorities across IT teams.
• Take ownership of large, ambiguous initiatives from concept to delivery across IT, engineering and partner teams.
• Identify systemic risks and plan platform upgrades and architectural improvements.
• Provide technical mentorship, architecture guidance, and code reviews.
• Lead documentation and knowledge sharing to ensure systems aren’t dependent on individuals.
• Participate in incident response, escalation practices, and post-incident reviews.
