Job summary

Blink Health is seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to define and drive observability across IT systems, improvements in reliability, and automation of operations. You will mentor engineers, lead large initiatives, and influence decisions across the IT and engineering teams.

The role requires strong Linux, networking, cloud, and container orchestration skills, with a focus on scalable, secure architectures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, infrastructure engineering, or platform engineering roles with impact at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive observability strategy for IT system health, performance, and reliability.
• Design and implement software-driven solutions to automate manual processes and reduce toil.
• Act as a technical leader, guiding priorities across IT, engineering and partner teams.
• Own large, ambiguous initiatives from concept to delivery with stakeholder alignment.
• Identify systemic risks and lead platform upgrades and architectural improvements.
• Provide mentorship, architecture guidance, and high-quality reviews for engineers.
• Lead documentation and knowledge sharing to avoid single ownership.
