Ivanti is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join a fast-paced team focused on reliability, observability, and automation for cloud services. You will deploy and secure Ivanti’s SaaS environments on AWS/Azure, automate tasks, and collaborate with global teams.

The role emphasizes strong coding skills (Python, Java/Golang/C#), Linux/Windows expertise, and experience with monitoring, databases, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and located domestically in the U.S.
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience (2+ with an achieved BSc in CS or equivalent)
• Proficiency with Python and one of Java/Golang/C#
• Proficiency with Bash or PowerShell programmatically
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure
• Experience troubleshooting Java and .NET applications
• Experience with Linux distributions and Windows
• Experience with core databases and monitoring tools
• Experience with IaC and deployment pipelines

Responsabilités

• Deploy, manage, and secure Ivanti’s production SaaS environments in AWS and Azure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems.
• Automate repetitive tasks and write documentation/training material.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations for incident response.
• Develop IaC and CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability.
