Job summary

Ivanti is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join a fast-paced, collaborative team responsible for the reliability, deployment, and operation of Ivanti Cloud services. The role emphasizes automation, observability, and cross-team problem solving across AWS and Azure.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong Python and IaC skills, and experience with Linux, Windows, containers, and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant industry experience (2+ with a BSc in Computer Science or Equivalent Degree).
• Proficiency with Python and experience with at least one of Java, Golang, or C#.
• Proficiency with Bash or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience troubleshooting Java and .NET applications; networking and storage infra.
• Experience with core Linux distributions and Windows.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, MongoDB, Elasticsearch or similar.

Responsibilities

• Deploying, managing, and securing Ivanti's production SaaS environments in AWS and Azure.
• Write documentation and training material; train colleagues.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations for incident response and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve difficult problems and automate tasks.
