Ivanti is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability and automation of our cloud SaaS platforms. You will work across AWS/Azure, implement observability, and participate in on-call rotations, solving complex operational problems with automation.

You will collaborate with product engineering, security, and support, bringing strong Linux/windows skills, IaC, and monitoring expertise. This role is U.S.-based and requires US citizenship.

Qualificações

• BSc in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience (2+ with an achieved degree).
• Proficiency with Python and one of Java, Golang, or C#.
• Proficiency with Bash or PowerShell programmatically.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure, and with Linux environments.
• Experience troubleshooting Java/.NET apps and network/storage issues.
• Experience with container orchestration (AWS EKS or Azure AKS).
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (New Relic/DataDog/Splunk).

Responsabilidades

• Deploy, manage, and secure Ivanti’s SaaS environments in AWS/Azure.
• Collaborate with distributed teams to solve challenging problems.
• Automate recurring tasks and write documentation and trainings.
• Train colleagues and participate in on-call rotations 24x7.
• Perform deep technical dives into code, app servers, and networks.
• Maintain observability, release automation, and reliability improvements.
