RAIS USA in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to improve reliability, scalability, observability, automation, and operational excellence across enterprise applications and cloud infrastructure.

Join a hybrid team to define SRE standards, manage AWS and Kubernetes environments, design observability with OpenTelemetry and Dynatrace, and lead incident response and fault-tolerance efforts while mentoring engineers and collaborating with leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SRE, Production/Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong AWS expertise (EC2, EKS, Lambda, VPC, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Kubernetes and OpenShift ROSA experience.
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, and distributed tracing.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement SRE standards, SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Design and maintain observability using OpenTelemetry and Dynatrace.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.
• Develop automation and integrations using Python, Java, or Go.
• Lead complex production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Implement CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with architecture, cloud, security, and engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and communicate recommendations to leadership.
• Implement observability for AI-enabled applications.
