Job summary

Cyberobotix LLC is seeking an SRE Architect to lead the reliability strategy for our critical services. You will design scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS, guide SRE practices, and shape the architecture to improve observability and incident response across multiple teams.

You will mentor engineers, lead architectural reviews, and drive production readiness while leveraging AI-assisted reliability and modern automation to reduce toil and improve developer productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an architectural role, designing solutions for reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Deep understanding of SRE principles (SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction, automation, incident management, postmortems).
• Experience designing and implementing AIOps, AI-powered observability, or intelligent automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design highly available, scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure on AWS.
• Define and evangelize SRE best practices, standards, and blueprints for service design, deployment, monitoring, and readiness.
• Lead blameless postmortems and drive resilience improvements across systems.
• Design AI-enabled reliability use cases and platform capabilities to improve incident management and observability.
• Mentor and coach SREs and engineers to follow reliability principles.
