Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III to improve reliability, scalability, security, and operational maturity of cloud platforms and services. You’ll work across software engineering, platform engineering, and operations to deliver automation, observability, and platform improvements.

The role emphasizes on-call readiness, incident response, and cross-functional collaboration to drive resilience and efficiency in cloud-hosted services.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with ECS/Fargate, ECR, EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, Route 53 and Load Balancing.
• Proficiency with Terraform and IaC practices.
• Experience with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps and GitOps.
• Experience securing container workloads and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with observability platforms (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
• Strong incident management including RCA facilitation and corrective actions.
• Linux admin and scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Support highly available production services; participate in on-call and incident response.
• Investigate incidents, lead recovery, and document RCAs with fixes.
• Contribute to disaster recovery tests and post-incident improvements.
• Drive reliability, scalability and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Design, build and operate AWS ECS/Fargate platforms; migrate workloads to containers.
• Improve security of containers and CI/CD pipelines with SecOps partners.
• Develop IaC, automation, and CI/CD improvements for reliability.
• Collaborate with development, infra, security, and ops teams for excellence.
