Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer III in Alpharetta, GA, to advance reliability and automation across cloud-hosted platforms. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to improve observability, resilience, and security of critical services.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with AWS, Kubernetes, and containerized workloads, plus modern CI/CD pipelines and IaC practices to drive operational excellence and faster delivery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud environments and related services (ECS/Fargate, ECR, EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, Route 53).
• Strong knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.

Responsibilities

• Support highly available production services and participate in on-call and major incident response.
• Investigate incidents, lead recovery efforts, and perform RCAs with corrective actions.
• Design, build and operate AWS ECS (Fargate) platforms and migrate workloads to containers.
