• Experience with GCP/Azure, Terraform, and IaC principles.
• Proven ability to build CI/CD and GitOps workflows and tooling.
• Automation focus with Python/Bash; robust monitoring and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize mission-critical UPS.com applications and services.
• Operate Kubernetes platforms (GKE/OpenShift) and cloud-native services.
• Implement CI/CD, GitOps, and IaC practices across environments.
• Maintain observability with Dynatrace, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Lead incident response, RCA, and reliability improvements.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
