Job summary

Endear is hiring a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to build our first dedicated reliability function. You will own initiatives to make Endear’s systems more observable, reliable, and scalable, addressing root causes and improving runbooks and alerting.

We offer a fully remote, U.S.-based role with a base salary of $140,000–$180,000, comprehensive healthcare, a 401(k), and a monthly stipend for home‑office setup; join a lean, fast‑moving team shaping production reliability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production.
• Experience managing high‑volume production databases.
• Strong observability, alerting, incident response experience.

Responsibilities

• Reduce on‑call burden by building reliable systems and playbooks.
• Own and improve observability, alerting, incident response, and capacity planning.
• Develop nearshore triage processes and runbooks for routine issues.
• Collaborate with engineers on reliability improvements and roadmap.
