Accelerant is building a high-growth financial data platform to support premium, claims, and settlements data. You will own reliability and observability across the platform and enterprise systems, with a focus on velocity, integration layers, and AI-assisted tooling.

Qualificações

• Proven experience designing, operating, and scaling reliable production systems.
• Deep hands-on expertise with modern observability tooling (Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana).
• Strong background defining SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets and translating them into business KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Drive reliability and observability across the financial data platform and enterprise systems.
• Harden foundational platforms for availability, performance, and recoverability.
• Expand instrumentation across Velocity, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Fabric, and AWS.
• Design scalable incident and postmortem processes to support growth.
• Build AI-assisted operational tooling and Cursor-based agents.
