Job summary

Green Expert Technology (GreenXT) is seeking an SQL Developer to join our team, delivering RCOH SQL development support for the SUPSHIP Newport News program and related Access/SQL Server applications.

Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing legacy Access databases, migrating statements, ensuring data integrity and cybersecurity compliance, and collaborating with contracting officers and application users to deliver reliable features.

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
Ten years of relevant experience in a multifunctional team.
Working knowledge of MS SQL Server and Access databases.
Experience with version control systems and VBA debugging.

Responsibilities

Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot existing Access apps and accdb databases.
Administer SQL Server databases: backups, tuning, security, user accounts.
Design and optimize SQL-driven applications with data integrity and cybersecurity.
Collaborate with Contracting Officers, Planning Managers, and users to ensure functionality.
Convert Access SQL to SQL Server syntax, design Access GUI forms, debug VBA.
Improve Access security and support ATO process as needed.
Apply software versioning and use version control systems.
