Centurum is seeking a SQL Server/Database Engineer in San Diego, CA to support design, development, testing, and documentation for current and future technologies. The role emphasizes automating workflows and improving tool performance while collaborating with both technical and business staff.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and strong SQL Server, ETL, and reporting skills, plus the ability to communicate clearly and work autonomously in a DoD environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience with MS Access/SQL Server and ETL/Reporting.
• Proficient in T-SQL, stored procedures, views and data modeling.
• Knowledge of Access database development with linked SQL Server tables.
• Secret DoD security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide SQL Server database engineering expertise for current and future technologies.
• Develop software solutions to automate company workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and implement feedback.
• Identify enhancements to improve tooling, processes, and performance.
