SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a senior SQL professional with extensive experience in development, deployment, migration, and upgrades. You will collaborate with global teams across time zones to design robust data solutions and automate processes using MSSQL Server, SSIS, and related tools.

You will drive complex database projects, mentor L2/L3 teams, and coordinate offshore/onshore transitions while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

10-12 years of experience in SQL development, deployment, migration, and upgrades.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience collaborating with global teams and offshore/onshore models.

Responsibilities

Work with global teams across time zones.
Lead upgrades of multi-product software platforms.
Operate in an onshore/offshore model with diverse cultures.
Lead offshore team from the client site.
Facilitate transition processes to offshore teams.
Develop/Enhance database solutions and support utilities.
Maintain strong time management and organizational skills.
Lead L2 & L3 support teams.
Create test scenarios for identified problems.
