Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC in Miami, FL is seeking an experienced SSIS Lead to manage client engagements, coordinate offshore teams, and drive enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics using the Microsoft SQL Server BI stack.

The role is remote with a preference for local candidates; you will lead technical discussions, ensure data quality, and collaborate with Solution Architects to translate business requirements into scalable ETL solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SQL Server BI technologies, data integration and client-facing leadership.
• Strong SSIS experience and MS SQL Server BI stack expertise.
• ETL/ELT methodology knowledge and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication.

SSIS Lead
Location: Miami, FL/ Remote (local candidates are highly preferred)

Seeking an experienced Onsite Lead to manage client interactions, coordinate offshore teams, and support enterprise data integration, reporting, and analytics solutions using the Microsoft SQL Server BI stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).


• Proficiency in T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, views, and functions.


• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). Knowledge of ETL/ELT methodologies and data integration best practices.


• Experience with SQL Server Agent job scheduling and automation.


• Experience with data warehousing concepts such as star schema and dimensional modeling.


• Work with Solution Architects to understand customers' business requirements and implement

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models.


• Exposure to enterprise reporting and BI environments.


• Knowledge of SAP


• Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and terminology

Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience.


• Ability to lead technical discussions and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Experience

10+ years of experience in SQL Server BI technologies, data integration, and support with prior client-facing leadership experience preferred.
