We are seeking an experienced SQL SSIS Developer (MSBI) with strong expertise in SQL Server and SSIS development. The role focuses on designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining data integration and data warehousing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of database performance tuning, ETL frameworks, and data modeling concepts to support scalable and high-performing business intelligence solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases and SSIS packages
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, tables, and indexes
• Perform database performance tuning and optimization
• Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Support data integration and data warehousing initiatives
• Design and populate normalized data warehouses and star schema-based data marts
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve data, performance, and integration issues
• Follow best practices for database development and deployment

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience as an MSBI Developer with SQL Server and SSIS
• Expertise in SQL optimization and performance tuning
• Experience with stored procedures, table design, complex queries, and indexing
• In-depth understanding of database management systems
• Strong knowledge of OLAP concepts
• Solid understanding of ETL frameworks
