Job summary

Qualifications

• NICET Level III or IV certification in water-based systems.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with water-based fire sprinkler systems.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 13, 20, 25 and related standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience working in high-security, mission-critical environments.
• Previous IC/DoD or secure federal facility experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, test, maintain, and repair water-based fire protection systems (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge).
• Perform system impairments, restorations, and documentation per IC security protocols.
• Coordinate with facility managers, engineers, and security personnel in secure environments.
• Prepare inspection reports, deficiency reports, and maintenance records.
