Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas seeks a qualified sports book supervisor to lead front-line staff and deliver exceptional guest service. You will report to the District Manager and act as the face of the retail sportsbook, guiding profitability and guest experience with a focus on compliance and responsible gaming.

You will manage labor and inventory, mentor ticket writers, and drive the team to provide a high level of service to both regular customers and novice bettors.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Pass a background check.
• Able to obtain a gaming license from the Gaming Control Board and other jurisdictions if deemed necessary.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Understand and comply with all company and Gaming Control Board requirements.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and mentor staff members.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Help the Book Manager maximize profitability by sharing operational insights.
• Manage labor costs and inventory in the sports book.
• Hold regular meetings with sports book leadership to drive strategic initiatives.
• Mentor staff to improve ticket writing.
• Drive staff to deliver high levels of customer service to regulars and novice bettors.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and issues as needed.
• Ensure staff follow all company and state gaming rules and regulations.
