Job summary
BetMGM LLC is seeking a Sr. Sports Analyst to join the Sports Analytics team. You will deliver data-driven insights to shape pricing, segmentation, and promotions while partnering with product, trading, operations, and finance to inform strategic bets and offerings.
The role emphasizes leading analytics initiatives, building dashboards, and mentoring juniors in a fast-paced, regulated U.S. gaming environment. Strong SQL, Python/R, and BI tool experience are essential.
Qualifications
- 4+ years commercial experience in analytics, business intelligence or data science.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of actionable insights across bonus, VIP, trading, promotions.
- Manage multiple short- and long-term projects at pace.
- Lead analytics strategy within the Sports Analytics team.
- Present findings clearly to senior leadership and translate data into business narratives.
- Build and maintain datasets, reports and dashboards.
- Design and analyze A/B or multivariate tests to drive value.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a high-performance culture.
