Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking a Lead Sportsbook BI Analyst to drive strategic insights and shape sportsbook performance. You will partner with senior stakeholders and lead complex analyses that influence P&L and competitive positioning.

You will own analytical projects, build data products with DBT/Snowflake/Databricks, and mentor a growing team of analysts to elevate analytical excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in BI/Analytics or Data Science with sports betting/gaming.
• Proven ability to influence strategy through analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python or R for modeling.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue opportunities and strategic risks through analytics.
• Partner with leadership across Trading, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
• Lead complex analyses from problem to implementation.
