BetMGM is seeking a Sr. Sports Analyst to join our Sports Analytics team in the United States. You will support data-driven decision making, provide actionable insights, and identify opportunities across segmentation, VIP, bonus, pricing and margins.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in analytics, BI or data science with delivery of actionable insights.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to handle large datasets.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for senior audiences.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau/Looker/Power BI.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead insights delivery across bonus, VIP, trading and promotions.
• Manage multiple projects with pace and clarity for leadership.
• Define analytics strategy within the Sports Analytics team.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build and maintain datasets, reports and dashboards.
• Measure and optimize bonus and promotional spend.
• Design experiments (A/B/multivariate) to drive value.
• Develop automations to streamline tasks.
• Mentor junior analysts and foster a high-performance culture.
