Job summary

BetMGM is seeking a Sportsbook Performance Senior Manager to lead the commercial performance strategy of our sportsbook business. You will drive profitability, customer value, and investment strategies through performance management and cross-functional leadership.

Collaborating with Trading, CRM, VIP, Product, Finance, and Analytics, you will define priorities, guide initiatives, and shape long-term sportsbook strategy with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial strategy, business performance, analytics, finance, marketing, or related fields.
• Experience in sportsbook, gaming, or a competitive consumer-facing industry preferred.
• Strong ability to translate complex challenges into actionable strategies.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own sportsbook customer investment strategy and ensure alignment with objectives and profitability.
• Lead development and execution of strategies to improve profitability and customer value.
• Oversee sportsbook performance management across segments, promotions, and products.
• Collaborate with CRM, VIP, Trading, and Product to boost engagement and retention.
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for investments and growth.
• Partner with Analytics to monitor performance and guide decisions.
• Deliver executive-level recommendations on risks and opportunities.
• Support annual planning, targets, and performance management for the sportsbook.
• Influence senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with priorities.
