BetMGM is seeking a Marketing Retention Analyst to join our data-driven marketing and BI teams. You will identify opportunities to drive growth, deliver actionable insights, and support brand and marketing teams with day-to-day reporting and analytics.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in analytics, strong SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and experience turning data into recommendations while managing large datasets in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an analytical field.
• 2+ years of analytics, business intelligence, or data science experience.
• Advanced SQL skills and fluency with Excel, Power BI, and visualization tools.
• Experience creating data-driven insights for marketing or business teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver actionable insights and analyses addressing key business questions.
• Support Brand and Marketing teams with day-to-day reporting and analytics.
• Analyze data from internal and external sources to support objectives.
• Provide campaign analyses to enable data-driven marketing decisions.
• Build and maintain datasets, reports, and dashboards.
