Job summary

Enterprise Events Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead sponsorship programs within our corporate event portfolio. You will own the entire sponsor experience, mentor juniors, and serve as the primary liaison with clients and exhibitors, guiding contracts, invoices, deadlines and deliverables.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in corporate event or sponsorship management, strong negotiation skills, and proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Knowledge of tradeshow industry.
• 5+ years of corporate event or sponsor/tradeshow management.
• 3–4 years direct client management.
• Strong negotiation and budget management skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client liaison for all communications with client, sponsor/exhibitor and third party vendors.
• Plan, develop and execute sponsorship programs.
• Serve as sponsor manager for a specific program.
• Develop sponsorship packages on behalf of client when required.
• Oversee fulfillment of all sponsorship needs and timelines.
• Manage invoicing and payment processing for sponsorships.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
• Demonstrate leadership and strong communication within the team.
